AM I ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?

We regret to inform that we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed as the picking and processing of flowers happens very quickly to ensure you get the freshest blooms.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIMING?

For urgent same day queries, you may contact us to check on availability. To keep deliveries affordable for everyone, your order will be delivered between 1pm to 6pm. Should you require a specific delivery beyond the stipulated timings, we have paid options to cater to your needs. Please check with us before placing order.

Delivery islandwide is available except for restricted or remote locations such as - Changi Airport, Singapore Armed Forces Camps, Shipyards, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Pulau Ubin etc.

HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

A nominal standard delivery fee of $15 applies (1pm-6pm). Preferred Handling fee of $25 applies (7pm-10pm). For any redelivery request, there will be an additional charge of $30.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE FLOWERS?

We understand that reliable flower delivery gives people a peace of mind especially when it's for a loved one. Our Delivery Personnel will contact you or the receiver for instructions. In the event that you or the receiver is uncontactable, flowers will be left outside the unit and we will not be liable for any losses or damages to the flowers. To ensure successful deliveries, we seek your understanding in ensuring someone is available to receive the flowers on the stipulated delivery date and providing complete delivery information.

IS SELF-COLLECTION AVAILABLE?

We understand you may prefer to pick up the flowers personally and we are working to make this option available soon. Follow us on instagram for the latest updates.

DO YOU DO CUSTOM BOUQUETS?

Yes we do. You can contact us with a brief description of your budget and occasion details. We recommend placing orders at least 2 days in advance so that we are able to source the best flowers for you.

HOW TO CARE FOR THE FLOWERS?

Our flower stems are wrapped in a water bag to ensure freshness during the delivery process. You may choose to remove the wrapping and place the flowers in a vase filled with clean water.

Cut flowers usually have a vase life of 3 to 5 days in our tropical climate. We recommend keeping the flowers away from direct sunlight, trimming the stems a little and changing the water daily to keep the flowers blooming for longer.
